Satellite AI (free Sentinel-2 imagery, 10m) independently re-found most of the mapped tanks it can resolve (≥25m diameter). That corroborates those tanks, not the total - the satellite usually reports more besides. Two sources, no human yet.

It is counted inside a default 3 km box around the map point unless a boundary was drawn, so it can sweep in a neighbouring facility - that is why it shows with a "≈" unless the name itself disqualifies the site. Open Google Earth, count, save.
Name says not tanks - the satellite counted something the name says is not a tank farm.
Wind turbines, shipping containers, silos and roundabouts all read as circles from orbit. Where the site's own name says wind farm, container terminal, solar park or similar, the number is withheld from the map, the list and the spreadsheet, and shown only on the card with the word that flagged it. Open Google Earth before you trust it.

We know a facility is there (registries, manual entry) but nobody has counted its tanks and the satellite has not produced a usable number either. Open Google Earth, count, save.
Satellite counts see tanks ≥25m diameter only (free 10m imagery) and are AI estimates, not ground truth. Your verified number always wins over any analysis.
Export a sample of sites the satellite has counted, check them in Google Earth, type your number into Verified Qty, and import the same file back. The table above then fills in with your own measurement, and those sites turn green.
Count every tank you can see, all sizes - Verified Qty is your number of record. The satellite column counts only tanks 25m across or larger, so expect your number to be higher where a site has many small ones; the Mapped 25m+ column says how many of the mapped tanks are big enough for it to see.
